Marblehead Posted January 18, 2014 I watched up to the first break (10 minutes). And yes, up to that point there are a lot of artists that are in my collection of music. I even have "Kick Out The Jams" even though it is in a collection LP. And I would agree that Punk's roots lie with Andy and Lou. I think that without them Punk never would have become as popular as it did.
Captain Mar-Vell Posted January 18, 2014 ... Punk is dead. Long live Prog! Them trumpets still blowin' loud. 666 is no longer alone,He's getting out the marrow in your back bone. And the seven trumpets blowing sweet rock and roll,Gonna blow right down inside your soul.Pythagoras with the looking glass reflects the full moon,In blood, he's writing the lyrics of a brand new tune. ... When he first started performing internationally he came on stage and said to his audience, "I don't play Rock 'n' Roll. I play the Blues. The only rockin' I do is in my rockin' chair on my back porch."

Punk is 1976 and spitting (a lot) bollocks really but a definite movement/attitude. Black plastic bags for dresses, safety pins of jewellry ... its over now ... it is dead .. in fact the OP proves it is. Yours An old Mancunian (person from Manchester, England).
