Ish Posted December 26, 2013 Good start is investigating your mind 24/7. When you feel attachment to something - look at - Why am i attached to this? What is this thing that i am attached to? Is it worth being attached to? then, who is attached? It sounds so easy, which means its just overlooked and people don't do it.
