What is this "sway" in my vision when moving.. ?

I have noticed this a few days ago when it was early outside and I walked back to my place after I did some Qigong.. I was walking along vine stocks when I noticed the same phenomenon like a few minutes ago holding my cup, making a move from left to right:

 

I notice a "sway" in my vision when moving my arm (similar to those vine stocks passing by..). Like an after-image of my arm was swinging .. like as if I see a trail my arm was leaving behind or many more "seperately captured pictures of movements of my arm".

 

What is this? How come.. ?
