ralis Posted January 8, 2014 I hiked up in those mountains once, it is really nice up there. We spent a week out there a month ago and it was great. Encountered some prospectors looking for the 'Lost Dutchman Mine'.

Taomeow Posted January 9, 2014 (edited) Cool... but the real prime real estate up there... that would be Aldebaran, the royal star, the light and inspiration for the Pleiades! The brain of the Bull, the tail of Orion's sash, the... well, I can talk incessantly about it but better drop by someday and check it out for yourself. And sometimes I go back here: Edited January 9, 2014 by Taomeow

CloudHands Posted January 9, 2014 I have to drive 2 hours to be at the pink granit coast, not nearby, not very far either. There is plenty of nice places in brittany. The tree is much closer it's supposed to be in the brocéliande forest where merlin and co would have lived.

silent thunder Posted January 13, 2014 We will be staying there for a week on October! I've crossed those tracks many times on my way to that amazing beach. One of my oldest friends lived there for 15 years. Enjoy!
