voidisyinyang Posted June 29, 2007 (edited) Hey I like how you have to post in the lobby first before any other posts are allowed. I joined this forum because I had the Master John Chang videos posted on http://mind-energy.net from a comment I left there a couple days ago. Then Jacob, who runs that blog, mentioned some connections so I googled "John Dijang" or something and came across the Tao Bums discussion by Sean Denty and then the response from Michael Winn, etc. Â Here's my blog entry on my qigong testimony: http://drewhempel.gnn.tv/blogs/14880/Testi...onal_Qigong_Day Anyway I've written a ton of stuff online about my qigong experiences -- my old blog http://drewhempel.gnn.tv and on various forums: http://breakingopenthehead.com and http://unexplained-mysteries.com and http://conspiracycentral.info. I got banned from http://unexplained-mysteries.com and also all the "loom" science blogs! haha. The scientists get flustered easily! haha. A math professor just had me submit some research I did on Pythagorean harmonics and math to the MAA Monthly.... he said it's "very valuable" information and then I went off on how the "orthodox" Pythagoreans were right about bone pressure creating acoustoelectric fields. haha. Â If you just google "drew hempel" and qigong then you'll get all sorts of information. Â I'm not selling anything -- just offering my experiences. Â Back in 2000-1 when I studied intensively with Master Chunyi Lin of http://springforestqigong.com I got up to chapter six in "Taoist Yoga: alchemy and immortality" and then the strong electromagnetic vortexes spinning around me as I sat in full-lotus, during an 8 day energy feast (with only half a glass of water), lead me to read all the books of Master Nan, Huai-chin. Â I highly recommend his books! Â I sit in full-lotus while at the computer and most elsewhere. I have constant yin-yang eye laser energy exchanges for those of you who know what that means. There's a blissful magnetic force in the center of my brain and I often see light around people and I get precognitive dreams as well. Â My masters thesis and biography (U of MN, 2001) is linked at http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm Edited June 29, 2007 by drew hempel

voidisyinyang Posted June 30, 2007 (edited) Welcome aboard. You seem like a fascinating character. And someone whose mind is more hyperactive than my own. *bows* Â I get in trouble a lot. Today I ran out of the library and the girl next to me, at the computer one over, was running up the stairs behind me with a folded piece of paper. I'm not sure if our "yin-yang" laser eye-full-lotus-bouncing legs (her response) was something she was used to. haha. Â Anyway I didn't want to be served with a summons or something so I just kept running to my bike and she didn't follow me so I must have made it all up! haha. Â Lately I post on http://ufomystic.com and I read http://anomalist.com a lot and http://dailygrail.com is cool. Â http://forteantimes.com is a fun site. Â The big trick I learned from Master John Chang is that the yin energy of the Earth can be sucked up through the pericardium -- the point at the bottom of the torso. Â I always wondered how the hell to alleviate the pain of the full-lotus. John Chang provided the secret. I know that the yin energy of females triggers the internal orgasm (for both the male and female) but let's face it -- some modernized females are not too keen on this -- although in my experience most are cool with it. Â It helps if I haven't had any food -- then the channels are cleaner. I usually eat just one meal a day. Â There's really no "intention" involved -- it's just a laser-light exchange of energy and will happen automatically but the full-lotus just redirects the exchange to feed the 3rd eye so the cycle can repeat at a stronger level. Â The more I sit in full-lotus the better balanced the energy becomes. Â Hey I just got an email response from Nobel physicist Brian Josephson!! He investigates paranormal research!! Â Also just so people know Master Chunyi stated that he levitated nine feet up when he was in deep meditation in the mountains. He has also done long "energy feast" cave meditation -- for at least 28 days with no water and no food. It may have been 40 days or two 28 day periods. Â So anyone can take his classes in Minnesota and he travels for conferences as well. He does phone healing and people fly in to his healing center from all over the world. He does long distance healing all the time. Â http://www.learningstrategies.com/Qigong/Home.asp has quite a bit of background information on his training in China -- the various masters he studied with, etc. Edited June 30, 2007 by drew hempel
gendao Posted July 2, 2007 The big trick I learned from Master John Chang is that the yin energy of the Earth can be sucked up through the pericardium -- the point at the bottom of the torso.Uh, the pericardium is up around the heart. I think perhaps you meant the perineum (huiyin)? Anyhow, sounds like some very interesting skills and experiences! Would love to hear more (and in more detail)! voidisyinyang Posted July 2, 2007 perineum. thanks. I knew that was wrong! haha. But then the evolution of the Kidney system might connect them -- read "From Fish to Philosopher" haha.
