GrandTrinity Posted February 27, 2005 I think the 3 amigos should include using a LOW horse stance with tendon changing perhaps as well, moving from lumbars. Also the turtle stance is key! (Turtle is the foundation for iron shirt training!) Â Then, after you finish the "ninja dancing 3" (breathing, movement, awareness) freestyle qi gong dance: getting low with squating, ass shaking movements. Do some streches. Â Now relax and wash your body with chi from your hands, massaging the chi down from the forehead/eyes/head, into the neck, into the trunk all the way down to feet, dont skip a (psoas) spot!
