The Results Prove They Were Not HumanFebruary 6, 2014 Share on facebook Share on twitter Share on email Share on print More Sharing Services Paracas is a desert peninsula located within the Pisco Province in the Ica Region, on the south coast of Peru. It is here were Peruvian archaeologist, Julio Tello, made an amazing discovery in 1928, a massive and elaborate graveyard containing tombs filled with the remains of individuals with the largest elongated skulls found anywhere in the world. These have come to be known as the 'Paracas skulls'. In total, Tello found more than 300 of these elongated skulls, which are believed to date back around 3,000 years. A DNA analysis has now been conducted on one of the skulls and expert Brien Foerster has released preliminary information regarding these enigmatic skulls. It is well-known that most cases of skull elongation are the result of cranial deformation, head flattening, or head binding, in which the skull is intentionally deformed by applying force over a long period of time. It is usually achieved by binding the head between two pieces of wood, or binding in cloth. However, while cranial deformation changes the shape of the skull, it does not alter its volume, weight, or other features that are characteristic of a regular human skull. The Paracas skulls, however, are different. Wikipedia Commons The cranial volume is up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than conventional human skulls, meaning they could not have been intentionally deformed through head binding/flattening. They also contain only one parietal plate, rather than two. The fact that the skulls' features are not the result of cranial deformation means that the cause of the elongation is a mystery, and has been for decades. Mr. Juan Navarro, owner and director of the local museum, called the Paracas History Museum, which houses a collection of 35 of the Paracas skulls, allowed the taking of samples from 5 of the skulls. The samples consisted of hair, including roots, a tooth, skull bone and skin, and this process was carefully documented via photos and video. The samples were sent to the late Lloyd Pye, founder of the Starchild Project, who delivered the samples to a geneticist in Texas for DNA testing. The results are now back, and Brien Foerster, author of more than ten books and an authority on the ancient elongated headed people of South America, has just revealed the preliminary results of the analysis. He reports on the geneticist's findings: "It had mtDNA (mitochondrial DNA) with mutations unknown in any human, primate, or animal known so far. But a few fragments I was able to sequence from this sample indicate that if these mutations will hold we are dealing with a new human-like creature, very distant from Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans." The implications are huge. "I am not sure it will even fit into the known evolutionary tree," Foerster wrote. He added that if the Paracas individuals were so biologically different, they would not have been able to interbreed with humans. The results need to be replicated and more analysis undertaken before final conclusions can be drawn. Source: ADG (UK) via Paracas History Museum /

ralis Posted February 10, 2014 I did a search and found none. Yes. There is no peer reviewed science on this. It is suspected that the babies skulls were wrapped to elongate the head. A similar fetish was Chinese foot binding.

yabyum24 Posted February 10, 2014 But what about the fragment of green skin they found on one skull along with an (as yet unidentified) piece of technology with the words "Made in Atlantis" engraved on it. Now if THAT's not evidence!!!
GreytoWhite Posted February 10, 2014 The Yucatec Maya to this day bind the skulls of their children with two boards and rope. My teacher always laments his "Fucked up head" because they apparently didn't bind the ropes properly when he was a baby and the boards slipped.

Marblehead Posted February 10, 2014 (edited) Yeah, I just contributed to it by making that bit up Hehehe. You done good. You had me fooled. But I wouldn't put it past someone to do that. Edited February 10, 2014 by Marblehead
BaguaKicksAss Posted February 10, 2014 i guess squishing the head bit by bit over time isn't nearly as bad as those folks who used to drill holes in their skulls.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trepanning

Nungali Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) i guess squishing the head bit by bit over time isn't nearly as bad as those folks who used to drill holes in their skulls.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trepanning That article seems to think it is an old practice ... its still done (and might even stop you and your wife fighting ) http://www.vice.com/en_uk/read/drilling-a-hole-in-your-head-for-a-higher-state-of-consciousness " That loss of "pulse pressure" results in a change of ratio between the two fluids in the brain: blood and cerebral spinal fluid. It is blood that feeds the brain cells with what they need, such as glucose and oxygen. The cerebral spinal-fluid removes some of the toxic molecules. Trepanation works by restoring the full pulse pressure of the heartbeat. Then the capillaries slightly blow up and squeeze out an equal amount of the cerebral spinal-fluid. When the circulation becomes sluggish [when not enough cerebral spinal-fluid is being pumped into the brain], stagnant pools can build up and this can contribute to the onset of diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer’s. " I have had ' spinal cerebral fluid pulsing' from a woman who did bowen therapy ... it was great ... like a big flush ... I do not recommend a drill though ... what the heck do they think these are for ? I was present for one with drill once ... it makes a horrible noise and at the end air comes out in a puff (like when you take the valve out of a near deflated tyre ). It is also an mergency medical procedure to stop 'coning' * I had to assist in a lift in a hospital ... I had to hold the guys head still while the doctor drilled into it ... the patient regained conciousness straight after the hole was drilled and recovered. * NO ... I do mean this ; Medical coning is the brain being forced down into the spinal column by increasing inter-cranial fluid pressure .
