I don't "entirely" swollow this hook because there are classical texts that speak of the usefulness of gaits for dancing fighting and "strolling".

I try to walk 5 miles every day and usually average about 3 miles per day over a month's time... For me , it is best to walk through old growth forest which I am lucky enough to have some access to. Staying in touch with the natural world and my own heart-beat keeps me real...and healthier too...
