Goldleaf Posted March 1, 2014 Hello, I hasve had some great success with practicineg Mantak Chia's heart-kidney lotus flower meditaiton, espeically at balancing my hyperactive mind. More importantly, it has also helped tremendously in managing my over-active sexual energy and nocturnal emissions! However, I find it difficult to integrate this with high-level chi kung that I practice. I am extremely wary of overtraining, buit also not sensitive eneough to tell when I have overtained. Does anyone have some insights to offer with this? Or espeically, experience with integrating this meditaiton into their chi-kung practice daily? (Perhaps it shouldn't even be practiced daily?).
