After tossing and turning for 3 hours last night I googled sleep yoga, found some poses on fitness magazine.com. And lol after doing it for a couple of minutes I fell asleep for 5 hours. Â http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/yoga/poses/yoga-routine-before-sleep/ Â I know the site says to do them at bedtime or even in bed but I'm wondering if there's any use to doing it during the day.
