Chang Posted March 19, 2014 Hello and welcome to the forum. My colleague thelerner is, I suspect, interested in your diet and practices with a view to curing your flatulence. Â You will now be free to post and we ask that you read the two posts pinned at the top of the Lobby and take a look at the forum terms and rules http://http://thetaobums.com/topic/19575-forum-terms-rules/ This covers all that you need be aware of when getting going. Â Best wishes, Â Chang.
thelerner Posted March 20, 2014 au contraire, I rarely want to cure that which happens naturally. Â Some curse the darkness. Others light a candle. I go back to sleep. unless I smell something. then i light a candle.
Grunthos the Flatulent Posted March 23, 2014 Hi All, thanks for the responses.... I regret to inform you I lifted that sign in name from the Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy.... so I'm pretty unoriginal as it stands. My main martial practice is Baguazhang, xingyi and Taji Chaun(Yang and Wu Hao) and although I weigh in at 120 Kg I am a strict vegetarian and have been for over 20 odd years.... so "the Flatulent" bit might not be too far from the truth.... :-) I love reading about Daoist and classic related stuff and am looking to learn a few things on this forum too...... I know Cliff High posts on Taobums too.... so all the better. Peace.
