Gerard Posted May 27, 2014 There is actually no need to identify mental fetters in the process of eliminating them They will either pop up in your mind during or right after meditation practice (the most stubborn ones, the ones deeply carved in your consciousness after lifetimes of replicating them/aka fetters) or as part as your existence, what makes you what you are. Paramours are necessary but they alone won't eliminate fetters, I'm afraid...you really need to apply radical methods in here...traditional Taoist methods are really good at it.
