LAOLONG Posted May 9, 2014 I think the 13 posture (in Chinese the word is more form of movement then posture) of sun fengare basic silk reeling exercise. it contain all taijiquan form moves if done properly .every single silk reeling should be done with all variation (big small , fist open hand ,and more)and to all direction , until it become spontaneous qigong.
