I'm interested cos currently looking at sitting forms for elders who can't comfortably stand for long at all. hmm well I havent been doing it really for a while, but last time it was all done as part of my intuitive movement session, intuitively I would change the angle of the "squat", move up and down like 2 cm, occassionally perfectly still etc The wall sit is kind of useful too Edited May 16, 2014 by skydog Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
