weight lifting, nerve reflexes and qigong training

And one of the best ways to strengthen your body, especially the core, is through contra-lateral (opposite arm and leg) or midline crossing movements. This is because these movements increase and strengthen the neural connections between the two halves of your brain, making your brain and body operate more efficiently. (The theory is the brain literally uses less ATP for central processing, so it's not as taxed, and therefore you don't experience CNS fatigue or burnout.)

So I just read this from http://www.t-nation.com/training/reflexive-strength-and-spider-man and I immediately thought of Tai Chi training or just like standing active exercises - like

So this strength training is tapping into the secrets of Tai Chi (yin-yang-Emptiness) without realizing the deeper implications.

Western science still does not see the deeper pineal gland heart holographic spirit connection....

But at least there is some indication of how this type of training actually acts as an energy battery to increase your energy.

I had a professional athlete call me today - he has called before - based on his SFQ experiences.

So I was saying how normal exercise is different than the Tai Chi movements based on yin-yang dynamics.

Nice to see some science theory on this -
