It certainly looks like a technique worth trying out. You have to face in a certain direction, which is why I've bought a compass to assist me. The exercise is an old Hindu one:

What's interesting is that in the book, not only does he discuss the Five Tibetan Rites, he also mentions something I hadn't heard of before, breathing exercises from the Institute of Mentalphysics, which sound good:

Good video - definitely an exercise to remember, particularly if you have difficulty remembering or if you have kids in a difficult stage or for people/kids with impairments or if you are a human.

 

My point is - watch the video - very useful practice.
