gnurps Posted June 25, 2014 Hello all, I am glad to finally join this forum, have been reading around quite a bit these past two weeks. A little about myself and my practice: I come from a yoga background... did 2.5 years of AYP (ayp.org) started to feel a little unbalanced and have been trying some new things, specifically Anapanasati and looking forward to hopefully start KAP soon. For the first week you will be restricted to five posts per day but after that you can post as much as you like. I think you'll find many members here with similar experiences.
