A little about myself and my practice: Â I come from a yoga background... did 2.5 years of AYP (ayp.org) started to feel a little unbalanced and have been trying some new things, specifically Anapanasati and looking forward to hopefully start KAP soon. Â For the first week you will be restricted to five posts per day but after that you can post as much as you like. Â I think you'll find many members here with similar experiences. There used to be a very active KAP dialog, it's all in the archives somewhere.
