Ya Mu Posted July 1, 2014 GreytoWhite gave a good answer. The Sequential neigong movement is a subset of Gift of the Tao II. It can be practiced stand alone and is available as a separate DVD or along with the Gift of the Tao II movements. We just got through doing 8 days of several hours of practice per day. WOW - talking about charged up! I only have ever seen 2 moves that compare with the totality of the Sequential moves and they are also in the Gift of the Tao system.
