text deleted from posting smilie

Only sometimes. I post a smilie, the page jumps and paragraph I was writing disappears!

 

Very annoying ! How do I get it back and how do I stop it happening?

Each time it has happened I clicked the smilie menu and selected one from there.

Try to use a different browser. If your browser is doing an update, then this might happens.
