4bsolute Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) When you practice the very popular blue and red-cross technique, the circles overlap in the beginning and shake. Or in my case overlap and then my vision turns to the usual focused vision. Is peripheral vision already peripheral, when you overlook the object and see 4 instead of 2 objects? Or is peripheral vision achieved, when like described in the method, you morph those two seperate pictures into one Without completely morphing your vision to focus again? For me 1 cross moves from left to right, one from right to left. They do not really meet in the center, rather they cross eachother further, until said focus / standard vision is achieved again. How do you 'hold' the vision between in the stage between? * in case the gif doesnt load automatically, pls click on it * Edited July 31, 2014 by 4bsolute
