Interesting... I haven't followed the conversations about CCO but I like Xeno's energy so there is definately something to it. Not just empty words, that's for sure.

The Great Straight Upward Path is also known as the Secret Pathway.

 

Know that my path is founded in subjugation of Ego, primarily by means of service to others.

 

To the Tathagata among you, if there be any, the gift of knowledge of the existence of the Secret Pathway will be recognized as the gift beyond compare. To them with the eyes to see it, the gift of how to traverse the Secret Pathway will be recognized as the gift beyond beyond compare. It has been said that one in 10,000 will ever know of the Secret Pathway and that one in 10,000 will be able to traverse it. It's also been said that for the one who traverses it, a thousand life-times of Sangsaric existence will be avoided...offered as reference for valuation of the gift to those who may view it...the Tathagata will know the value instinctively.

 

The Tao of my path is that the greater is the service to others, the greater is the emboldening of the lion of ego. In that the gift that I've herein shared is so great, the lion is proportionally emboldened and therefore, so is the task before me to subjugate it. This giving now necessitates the engaging of this lion. I'll return when it's made a mouse.
