This year I broke open my first pu-ehr/mum tea. I steamed it repeatedly as I was able to break off pieces. But still it was a challenge. (A hammer to the outside of the block did not break it.) That reminds me.. I haven't been to Chicago's Chinatown in way too long. A place where nothings too exotic and no price too high, not when it comes to herbs & teas. These days the only pu-ehr tea I'm seeing is loose leaf!? Which makes me assume it a poorer substitute.
TheGrayJediKnight Posted December 13, 2021 (edited) My favorite tea is Wild Strawberry Tea, made with black tea and dried strawberry powder. Wild Strawberries are also good medicine in Traditional Tibetan Medicine. Edited December 13, 2021 by TheGrayJediKnight
