thelerner Posted October 27, 2014 Glad to have you here. We're an old forum, I think the bitcoin link went up when they were worth about $4.50! Even if the link worked I don't think it'd see too much action . The nice thing about ZZ is over the day it gives you many opportunities for little bits of practice. Its like, you gotta breath, you may as well invest some time in learning to make it deep and full, likewise you're gonna be spending alot of time in lines, you may as well learn proper alignment, posture and mental attitude.
