I closely checked out a range of antique steam powered tractors once (props for fairground scene in 'Charlotte's Web' ), sat up on it and imagined; working all the normal controls plus ( speed, multiple gears, 2 clutches, draft, pto etc) , obscure boiler controls and pressure valves, stoking and feeding the firebox (and I imagined having that between my knees on a hot summer Aussie day in the outback ). Nah! never get me up in one of those things. This is about as far as I would go (runs on its own grass clippings ! ) [ Review : " There’s even a steam whistle you can blow as you chug around the yard.
