Eshgham Posted October 30, 2014 Hey guys. Over the past couple of years I've been trying to retain semen after experiencing some really positive effects after doing so for about 100 days. I'm also interested in meditation and fitness. Â I already have a dedicated training log for the latter, but this seemed like a great place to create a retention and meditation log.
