innerspace_cadet Posted September 16, 2007 Has anyone here done the practice of Pal Dan Gum (Korean Qigong)? I have been doing the exercises for a few weeks now, but I am not sure if I am doing it well. I have been following the guidebook called "Qigong: Eight Easy Movements for Vibrant Health" by Stanley D. Wilson. Are there any other books on this practice? If you can give me any pointers or advice, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Spectrum Posted September 16, 2007 If the movements your refering to are the eight brocades there are many sources for learning that form. Nice classical form of practice. Good intro to chi gung. Â Spectrum
