MooNiNite Posted January 11, 2015 (edited) Does anyone have any good reading material on this subject? I am not referring to sex or "bedroom arts." But instead the information regarding growth and development, aging, and life rhythmics. THe Taoists created systems and knowledge to help people in all stages of life so that they can remain in balance and master the ups and downs of ordinary life. Any experience or suggested reading? In Wang Liping's book ETDG (pg.240) they discuss observing the rhythms of sexual desire and emotions. These fluctuate up and down and often lead to different feelings. Emotional lows lead to depression, and sexual highs lead to being easily stirred and a lack of self control. These arts teach methods of creating balance Edited January 11, 2015 by MooNiNite
