Hi Everyone

 

Looking forward to being part this forum. I've practiced vipassana and ayahuasca. Also big on personal growth. Mindfulness and the teachings of Alan Watts have really influenced me. Been getting into Taoism and specifically Wu Wei lately. I notice myself switching back and forth between exerting effort (I always try to be kind to myself and positive about it) and just letting things be. Continuing to seek clarity on this...

Glad you found your way to us. Wu Wei s certainly a topic that appears in many discussions here, I'm sure you'll get many insights and opinions on the subject, possibily more than you bargained for :-)

 

In the meantime:

 

Please take the time to read the two posts pinned at the top of this Welcome page and take a look at the forum terms and rules. This covers all you need to know when getting started.

 

For the first week you will be restricted to ten posts per day but after that you can post as much as you like. Also, until you’ve posted fifteen times in the forums, you’ll be a “Junior Bum” with somewhat restricted access and will be allowed only two private messages per day.
