Notice how when he speaks of "source" or "essence" his hands motion towards the heart? Notice that he states that personality blocks or weakens the power of essence, like a door? You can move mountains, only it is not you that moves the mountain, it is your essence, the bodhicitta, the source, the knowing, the love, the bliss, the silence, that which is beyond, if only "we" would step aside for a moment...
