Songtsan Posted May 19, 2015 ...a subforum under General, called 'Crazy Wisdom Practices?' - this is my area of specialization, and I would be a mod there if you feel I am capable...
dawei Posted May 19, 2015 You should use your PPD... this is what a PPD is for.... to be a home for your area of your sundry thoughts, specialization and archive of your stuff... Â Â by default you are the mod there
Songtsan Posted May 19, 2015 I don't know why I am so averse to the PPD...I will change my ways.....
dawei Posted May 19, 2015 Realize that starting 30 threads will mean most of them just disappear... and if your the only one really interested in the topic then it is not really a 'discussion'. Â But if it was in your PPD... you can go back to it easily enough (cuz it is easy to find), update it, etc. Â We can move any threads you start to the PPD as well...
Songtsan Posted May 19, 2015 Nah, I like being out in the open- you guys know how I be....I making up for years of introversion.... Its the swing the other way...just a few years ago I was like silent Bob....it'll balance out soon I think. Really what it is is that I want to be a writer...I think because I rarely ever look at PPDs, I don't like to post there...I guess there is a season for all things...sometimes I post like nuts, then I won't even come to the forums for weeks or months....I bet as soon as I actually start training I will use the PPD... thelerner Posted May 26, 2015 PPD's rock. They give you control and keep your best writing from getting flushed down screen.
idiot_stimpy Posted May 27, 2015 I don't know why I am so averse to the PPD...I will change my ways.....  Actually it doesn't matter what forum you post on, everyone always sees it anyway when they click the 'view new content' button.  Most of the time I don't even know or care where something is posted as I just see the thread title and click it.
