idiot_stimpy Posted May 22, 2015 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3AsOq2cJ7c How accurate is this? I have found Bashar to be quite excellent listening to the information over the years.

Nungali Posted May 23, 2015 Thats what I thought ; he was some type of ascended internut master ? But then I saw it related to alchemy .... I suppose those types of guys would come to it eventually ... at least as a a channeller .... it's easier to cite 'references' ?
Spotless Posted May 23, 2015 It was pretty much completely spot on. Regarding the "alchemists understanding" it was very well stated.
idiot_stimpy Posted May 23, 2015 He discusses some valid theory but the interview falls apart when it comes to practice. Could you recommend any practice methods or is that against the law? I think the mediation he was referring too, was emptiness mediation.
Spotless Posted May 23, 2015 (edited) He was referring to the process of transmutation - the refinement of energies - the refinement of vibration - this is what happens in meditation. He gave good practical advice to a very loose misunderstood question - the person asking the question did not know what he was asking. Bashar pointed it out with sussinct clarity and prescribed what would generally be a VERY good answer. Edited May 23, 2015 by Spotless
Spotless Posted May 23, 2015 (edited) The man of lead is leadened - thick, heavy, toxic in a sense. The silver man is more mercurial and consumed. The man of gold is refined and of the higher natures. Edited May 23, 2015 by Spotless
idiot_stimpy Posted May 23, 2015 You do feel yourself feeling lighter when you're not worrying about anything. Even the term 'A weight has been lifted off my shoulders' when one is relieved about something. I find fear and anger to be quite heavy emotions, whereas joy and happiness to be light in feeling. Simple self observation seems to help. Its a funny topic because everything about the subject is mostly in code or some cryptic parable.

kio Posted May 23, 2015 It is like many other sources. He discusses some valid theory but the interview falls apart when it comes to practice. Meditate with intent every day for an hour for 20 years? As if that will amount to much. And even more foolishly, he ignores the fact that time is the most precious thing we have. He's not doing anyone a service by recommending such a silly thing. UFA His theory falls apart when it comes to practice because he doesn't have an accurate understanding of alchemical theory.

noonespecial Posted May 23, 2015 (edited) This is how you could tell that he was simply regurgitating alchemy and not speaking from a place of knowledge: there is no emptiness meditation in traditional inner practice (that I am aware of). Most people are under the impression that the alchemical tradition is lost and died out sometime in the 18th century. What actually happened is that the "puffers" were increasingly brought into disrepute by actual chemistry. The loss of this mainstream current, combined with the Margaret Atwood book in the early 19th and the birth of the HOGD tradition shortly thereafter led to a serious misunderstanding of alchemy. This misunderstanding has continued to be promulgated through the mainstream current and here in this very recording, we see the result of that. That is not to say that this doesn't serve a purpose however. UFA The seperation of the waters from the body could be seen as a type of emptying, from fixed to unifxed, the liberation of mercury from saturn. Still, I would defintly pass on Bashars alchemical teachings; seems to have more to do with 'disintigration' than 'reintegration' the very thing that separates the western path from Eastern paths. Seth Ananda Posted May 23, 2015 Such new age dribble. Asked a newage channel a question about turning mercury to gold, gets told go away and meditate for 20 years and youll be able to do it yourself. - Just like that huh? Are you serious? This is considered 'Alchemy'? It was about as deep and thoughtful as a moldy sock. And it finished with the old faithful empty cup Koan, wow! Yes it will do that when you smoke da weed mon . here, have a roll dispenser Rastafari peace tie .... mon. actually, it reminded me of this You gotta be crazy, you gotta have a real need. You gotta sleep on your toes, and when you're on the street, You gotta be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed. And then moving in silently, down wind and out of sight, You gotta strike when the moment is right without thinking. And after a while, you can work on points for style. Like the club tie, and the firm handshake, A certain look in the eye and an easy smile. You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to, So that when they turn their backs on you, You'll get the chance to put the knife in. You gotta keep one eye looking over your shoulder. You know it's going to get harder, and harder, and harder as you get older. And in the end you'll pack up and fly down south, Hide your head in the sand, Just another sad old man, All alone and dying of cancer. And when you loose control, you'll reap the harvest you have sown. And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone. And it's too late to lose the weight you used to need to throw around. So have a good drown, as you go down, all alone, Dragged down by the stone. I gotta admit that I'm a little bit confused. Sometimes it seems to me as if I'm just being used. Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise. If I don't stand my own ground, how can I find my way out of this maze? Deaf, dumb, and blind, you just keep on pretending That everyone's expendable and no-one has a real friend. And it seems to you the thing to do would be to isolate the winner And everything's done under the sun, And you believe at heart, everyone's a killer. Who was born in a house full of pain. Who was trained not to spit in the fan. Who was told what to do by the man. Who was broken by trained personnel. Who was fitted with collar and chain. Who was given a pat on the back. Who was breaking away from the pack. Who was only a stranger at home. Who was ground down in the end. Who was found dead on the phone. Who was dragged down by the stone. Nungali Posted May 24, 2015 So got any actual advice on alchemy. Its seems nobody is prepared to spill the beans. Of course: go away and meditate for 20 years, then you will know , just remember to keep your cup empty. Oh yeah, knock on the door and it will be opened .... when you are ready the teacher will come and ... as my first magical teacher taught me "If you dont know the answer - just tell them its a 'mystery'. idiot_stimpy Posted May 24, 2015 And forasmuch as none are permitted to touch the mysteries of nature with foul fingers, therefore it behoveth all who attempt such matters, to lay aside their natural blindness from which, by the light of the holy Scripture and a stedfast faith, they may be freed, that being the means by which the Holy Spirit doth clearly make manifest the most profoundly hidden light of nature, which light alone lays open the way to the wisdom of nature, and to unlock the most abstruse mysteries thereof." Maybe I have foul fingers.
noonespecial Posted May 24, 2015 I'm even more confused. You're trying to extract the primodrdial spirit (basically...God itself) trapped in matter through the agency of soul, but first the soul needs to be purified through it's own agency, the process is found in nature, give or take a couple of steps depending on who you choose to believe and of course it could all be a lie from the depths of hell.
