Long term rain fall predictions aren't very good for the SE USA, but I'm told that they are good for the SW... and the SW will run out of water. Hasta lavista California agriculture?

The water situation in the US, and probably the world is pretty bleak. Check out this article. Very informative. Very scary. The priorites of the US are going to be changing over the next 5 years and while change is unavoidable and all, this is going to be something entirely different.
