Home grown  mangoes  !

 

Freekeh - cooked in stock and tossed with fried and 'Moroccan spiced'  little tofu cubes, chickpeas, onion, carrot,  nuts, currants, parsley, lemon juice. 

 

Its good at room temp  (too hot to cook at the moment ..... continual over 35 C !   :(  )  

 

When that runs out I might make some 'jeweled rice '  ;
