GreytoWhite Posted November 5, 2015 I'm looking to go back to school for a Chinese language and cultural studies program and was wondering if anyone had input on good schools where it doesn't snow. I mean NO snow not, "It only snows a little, like 4" a year and doesn't stick." No, I can't put on enough layers to keep warm. I know this completely eliminates a lot of really good schools but having grown up in temperate Northern California, lived here in Phoenix for about 12 years, and post-stroke my joints are too sensitive to cold.
