Miffymog Posted November 15, 2015 This pdf will help - and the best thing is that the author is happy to distribute it for free THE EIGHT EXTRAORDINARY MERIDIANS QIGONG James MacRitchie http://www.qigonginstitute.org/html/papers/EightExtraordinaryMeridians-Qigong.pdf

Aetherous Posted November 15, 2015 "Applied Channel Theory" can be somewhat good, and is one of the more pleasing books to read...although it is kind of biased toward one practitioner's opinions."Ling Shu" chapter 10, although there isn't really a decent translation out there yet...it's the oldest source of what the meridians are and what they're about."Manual of Acupuncture" by Deadman is decent.
