charliechoko Posted November 30, 2015 Well hello, I am a newbie at the the iron crotch and have only used internet forums and Grand Master Tu's dvd package to practice.I have completed my first one hundred days and can swing 50kgs over 108times quite easily and cannot find anyone to teach me to go heavier in Australia.Looking for help on amounts that are due safe to help me reach my next goal of one hundred kgs!i have found numerous health benefits and am totally consumed by this practice!If no one will help me which i hope is not the case!I know I will go on,but I dont want to get hurt!I just want to do this safely by fellow iron crotch enthusiasts please help a fellow comrade!! I do wonder what you are trying to achieve here.  The welcome section is really only for introductions so it may well be an idea to post your questions in the Daoist Discussion Section of the forum where it will generate more replies and advice. charliechoko Posted November 30, 2015 Hi its the best thing for energy increase!very vibrant sex life, strengthens your internal organs thus less sickness recover quicker,teaches your whole body to be strong physically and mentally! Makes you calm and peaceful!and i guess if you did accidentally get kicked in the money bags it probably wouldnt hurt all that much im not there yet though!maybe at 100kg. Like you said to better sperm count circulating energy with microcosmic orbit or containment of energy!its is meant to be stronger if used properly than any kind of gigong!
