lifescribe7 Posted December 1, 2015 Â Â Well, my interests have definitely been to seek ways to heal myself and playing music. Â I grew up with so many health problems ( mostly due from bad posture sitting at PC for 10+ hours a day since I was around 5 years old and landscaping from age 12 to 25 ). Â No doctor really could help and I did not want to take any medication because the way it affects my mind. Â It has been around 5 years since I first got my hands on Opening the Energy Gates of your body by Bruce Kumar and his Taoist Longevity Breathing cd which has helped beyond words. Â My posture was so bad I could barely breath since my organs were being crushed, but now it feels like I have an extra lung from all of the inner and outer dissolving I have done. Â I feel about 80% finished, the last bit to dissolve is extremely hard. Â Always seeking ways to better myself in mind, body and spirit.
