joeblast Posted May 4, 2016  Sotg's stuff is perhaps the most potent stuff I have come across. There's a plethora of techs that build together a strong framework, his insights always prescient, and he definitely walks the walk. Never had a transmission that was like a full on lamp in my head before, quite intense. Things have accelerated since practicing his stuff.  There's not a lot of 54 year olds out there that can do a split up against a pole, flip his legs in full lotus without using his hands, and utilize weights that have an inch of dust on them at most gyms.    Highly recommended, everything is free, and the only requirement is the practitioner's feedback. (Just be ready to practice seriously ) 6 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
