Papa Justify Posted December 25, 2015 Hello. I'm interested in qigong practices. English not my native language, sorry. I'm looking for qigong which moving to deeeeep relaxation. Relax when i walking. Relax when i sleeping. Relax when i tense. I need practice which can rise my energy and bring me more vitality. I've heard many good reviews about Roger Jahnke's books.
