I have recently started training again in the East Bay, Oakland, and I am super stoked to have this resource! I am currently training primarily in Chinese internal martial art systems. I am studying four subjects at the moment, which all have similar underlying principles of movement. Nei gung, Chen pan ling tai chi, xingyiquan, I li quan. May the force be with you!
