Externally - as in rules and regulations from society? Or, internally - from developed virtue within our orderly selves? Fine question. (Yes, one question with only two multiple choice answers.) Both, for sure. Multiple reasons. As an Anarchist I don't normally support the need for government but in reality society needs be regulated as it seems far too many have no self-regulation.
