I've recently stumbled upon Dr. Stephen Chang's Internal Exercises book from a lucky find at a used bookstore. I didn't realize what a treasure it was until I read it and used it. I wasn't sure of its effectivity since it sounded too good to be true, but I'm glad I stuck with it! The clear explanations, simple instructions, and manageable exercises blew me away with the delivered results.
