Has anyone tried healing imagery before?

I found this audio course by Ken Cohen

I want to know if anyone is familiar with it and it's effectiveness. 

 

What are the visualizations like? Can they be considered "advanced" and on par with their Tibetan counterparts?

 

Also, how are your experiences with Ken Cohen? SoundsTrue offers excellent products and usually the teachers are awesome as well so I'm thinking this is gonna be a great and extremely useful purchase.
