dust Posted May 29, 2016 The Dharma Bums is sitting by my bed, yet to be read. A friend recommended it when I said On the Road is one of my favourite books. I first read On the Road when I was 15-16. It's not a complete exaggeration to say that it changed my life. Or, to put it another way, I believe my life would be quite different now if I had not read it.
