tony Posted June 28, 2016 Hello everybody as you can see by the title I'm new her, My wife (78) an I (81) have started on Shibashi Qigong we're have found it very helpful in many aspects and are wondering if there are others ways well can improve our wellbeing, not too strenuous though being as well are a pair of crumbles!
