Rakiel Posted September 4, 2016 Does anyone on this forum have any experience with Master Qing Chuan Wang of of Honolulu, Hawaii? Purportedly, he was a student of Pei Xi Rong and teaches "a contemporary form of Wudang qigong", Shing Ling Mei Qigong. Â http://www.wudangqigong.com/ Â Â Many Thanks! Walker Posted September 5, 2016 I don't know anything about him, but I have studied with two of the late Master Pei's students. There is no reason to believe that Master Pei named anybody as a successor, although there are rumors about a conflict well over a decade ago involving different disciples wanting to have the honor of laying claim to such a title. Master Pei, however high his accomplishments, was not really in a position to be called a "patriarch" of Wudang Daoism. He was a layman with dozens of recorded disciples and seemingly some who didn't make the "official" list published in the book published in his memory on the 100th anniversary of his passing.
