BlackTigerWhiteDragon Posted September 28, 2016 I have been re/searching practices for Pregnant Women. Can anyone here suggest any sources or practices to help both the Mother and Child? Any all suggestions welcome be it yoga, tantra, qigong, etc
Kar3n Posted September 28, 2016 Yoga is always a good thing for pregnant women. There are many prenatal routines that can be found online, I even noticed some qi gong and tai chi videos. Sitting mediation is good too. Personally, I would not start any new cultivation practices without speaking to my OB and without out a good, experienced teacher, especially during the first trimester when the unborn child is most vulnerable. Good luck & congrats on the new baby!
RiverSnake Posted September 28, 2016 Taking daily salt baths. This will keep your energy body clean......you want to keep the child sheltered from harmful vibrations while it's in its developmental stages. As for practices like Qigong/Meditation....etc....i don't know.
