I came accross a very interesting website. This form of QiGong seems to be very effective and powerful. I am wondering if anyone is familiar with it. On this guy, Gasper Garcia's website he outlines the practice very basically. He also sells a spanish vcd for $55. It seems this is the only source to learn this amazing practice...

I am familiar with Pai Lum tao because of the Kuan Yin form. I just ordered their louhan tape for 45! I hope its good, and I wonder how good their chi kung tapes are? Pai Lum Tao seems to be an awesome school. (or white dagon warrior society as they call it)
