Cosmic Soldier Posted October 20, 2016 Hello, Nice to be here. I've practiced different styles of Qigong over the years. Mostly online or DVD's and sometimes in person. Shaolin Whanam, Eight Brocades, Wuji Qigong (Primordial Qigong), Shibashi. Bruce Franzis' Energy Arts and a few others. My current practice is Wudang Longevity Qigong taught by Simon Blow. I have lurked here for some time and what finally brought me out of lurking mode was the discovery of Sifu Terry Dunns Flying Phoenix Chi Kung DVD's and the astonishing thread on this forum.
